I have heard that our retirement money will loose value and should reenveste in gold silver or keep cash?

not be invested in 401k , but due to economy should reinvest retirements into metels such as gold.

As long as your retirement funds are earning you more interest then the inflation rate then you have nothing to worry about. Do not worry about the stock market because our economy always had its ups and downs so it will go back up. The only people who need to worry are those who need the money within the next 10 years. This is an awesome time for retirement funds because you can buy stocks on solid companies for cheap.
